Susquehanna International Group, LLP in London invites Class of 2027 graduates to join a multiweek education program before joining a trading team focused on quantitative strategy development.
In this computationally intensive role, you'll use Python and C++ to build and optimize trading systems, perform data analysis with Pandas/NumPy, and collaborate with senior developers on low-latency projects and signal discovery.

As a quantitative strategy developerat Susquehanna,you'llbe part of a high-performing team that builds some of the most powerful trading systems in the finance industry. This is a computationally intensive role that will allow you toutilizeboth your data analysis and technology skills.
You will have the chance to work on challenging projects related to systems that support both active trading and quantitative analysis.You'lltackle complex problems for our trading strategy development teams in areas such as signal creation and detection, quantitative strategy analysis, and low-latency C++ strategy development.You'llalso work desk-side, alongside senior developers who understand the nuances of building complex trading strategies.
Class of 2027:You are a master’s or bachelor’s student in their final year of study, majoring ina quantitativeand/or STEM disciplinesuch ascomputer science, computer engineering,mathematicsordata sciencefor example.
ClearCommunicator:You enjoy building relationships with those you work closely with and are comfortable sharing ideas, expressing your thoughts, and listening to the views of others.
