Job summary

Centre for Economic Performance (CEP) at the London School of Economics is seeking a data-focused researcher for a 1-year fixed-term appointment with possible extension to up to two years. A quantitative undergraduate degree and experience with large micro data are essential.

You will work independently, apply statistical methods, conduct literature reviews, and communicate findings clearly to CEP's research teams.

• undergraduate degree in Economics, Statistics or other quantitative discipline; essential
• experience of data work requiring great accuracy and attention to detail
• ability to identify appropriate methods of statistical investigation
• ability to interpret and analyse patterns or trends in data
• ability to think through problems analytically, and to perform literature reviews
