Winton Capital US LLC invites a talented quantitative developer to join the Investment Management & Research group in the Fundamental Commodities strategy. You will design and build systems and tools that underpin trading and research.

Initially you will focus on software development—adding functionality for new strategies and maintaining the signal pipeline—with time moving into research and independent project leadership.

Competenze

• 1st class degree in Computer Science.
• Postgraduate qualifications preferred.
• Internship with strong Python skills.
• Experience building and deploying data pipelines.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, Kafka, Airflow.
• Excellent communication and collaboration.
• Detail oriented with strong engineering practices.
• Ability to plan and deliver to projects in a timely manner.

Mansioni

• Design, implement and maintain pipelines for the ingestion of new datasets for systematic trading strategies
• Partner with the Portfolio Manager and senior developers to deploy new trading strategies
• Maintain and improve trading infrastructure, data visualisations and data validation in a production environment
