Job summary

atomic-digital in London designs and builds the core infrastructure for live trading and on-chain strategies. You will design and implement data pipelines, execution engines, and analytics tools in collaboration with portfolio managers and researchers to bring new ideas to production.

You will work with Python, TypeScript, Rust, or C++, building scalable systems, APIs, and data processing pipelines, while integrating exchange APIs and market data to support both systematic and discretionary

Qualifications

• Proficient in Python, TypeScript, Rust or C++ with multiple languages a plus.
• Experience designing scalable data pipelines, APIs, or distributed systems.
• Familiar with trading infrastructure, market data, or on-chain data processing.
• Strong problem-solving, reliability, security, and performance focus.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement high-performance data pipelines aggregating on-chain and off-chain data.
• Build and optimise execution systems, trading bots, and deployment frameworks.
• Develop internal analytics, risk monitoring, and performance dashboards.
• Collaborate with portfolio managers and researchers to productionise strategies.
• Integrate exchange APIs, smart-contract data, and market feeds into scalable infra.
• Improve system latency, reliability, and profiling through testing and refactoring.
• Automate portfolio operations like rebalancing and risk alerts.
