Job summary

Pangea, a tier-one commodity trading firm in London, is seeking experienced Quantitative Developers to join a fast-growing team building innovative trading technology.

You will work closely with traders and researchers to design robust applications, leverage Python, modern web stacks, and cloud tools, and contribute to a centralized quantitative platform used across desks.

Qualifications

  • Academic background in CS, Maths, Statistics, Financial Engineering, or similar.
  • Strong coding skills, particularly in Python.
  • Knowledge of probability and derivatives pricing.
  • Experience with Angular/React and SQL/NoSQL databases.
  • Understanding of CI/CD and cloud environments.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and detail orientation.
  • Commodities experience is a plus.
