Job summary

Hexwired Recruitment Limited is partnering with a leading global fintech to recruit a Quantitative Developer in London. The role offers hybrid work (office Mon–Thu, Friday remote) and a salary between £80,000 and £150,000 per year.

You will help develop and scale pricing, risk and decision-making models, collaborating with Quant and Technology teams to turn research into production-ready trading strategies in a collaborative, technology-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering or a related discipline.
• Strong Python programming experience and knowledge of data structures, concurrency and memory management.
• Experience developing scalable, modular and high-performance production software.
• Understanding of SQL and relational databases.
• Interest in financial markets and quantitative modelling.
• Experience with Java, C++, Git, Docker or CI/CD pipelines would be advantageous.
