We’re working with a leading global bank looking to hire a Front Office Quantitative Analyst into a small, highly technical quantitative team supporting its Markets business.
Front Office Quantitative Analyst
London – Hybrid, 2 days per week in the office
Up to £115,000 plus competitive bonus and benefits
This is a particularly broad quant role. Rather than being siloed into a single currency, product or narrow area of a pricing library, you’ll have the opportunity to work across interest rates, FX and commodities, developing the models and analytics used directly by trading desks for pricing and risk management.
The team is small, giving individuals significant ownership and exposure across the full modelling lifecycle and the opportunity to work on a wide variety of quantitative problems.
Up to £115,000 base salary plus competitive bonus and benefits package.
The breadth of the role is one of its biggest attractions. In larger quant organisations, responsibilities can become extremely specialised. Here, you’ll join a small team with a genuinely broad remit, giving you exposure to different asset classes, models and trading problems while allowing you to take meaningful ownership of your work.
The environment combines technically challenging front-office quant work with an excellent work-life balance and a strong, relaxed team culture. The team works on a hybrid basis with just two days per week in the London office and offers a flexible approach to working hours.
Retention within the team is exceptionally strong, with a number of individuals having built long-term careers within the organisation.
