Job summary

Jane Street invites undergraduates and graduates to join a Quantitative Research Internship in London from June to September. Qualifications

• Proven ability to apply mathematical and logical reasoning broadly.
• Clear communication and precise collaboration with teammates.
• Proficiency in Python for research and experimentation.
• Enrolled as undergraduate or graduate students; research experience is useful but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Search for market signals in large financial datasets.
• Design experiments and generate/clean datasets for research.
• Perform time-series analysis and feature engineering.
• Build, test, and compare statistical or machine-learning models.
• Develop ideas from exploration toward production trading strategies.
