Job summary

Durlston Partners in London is seeking a Python Quant Developer to help build and maintain a research environment for diversified systematic strategies in the commodities space. The role is hybrid in London, with up to £140k base salary and 40%+ bonus.

You will develop for the fixed income side, handle data acquisition, pricing of instruments, order execution interfaces, and live trading system work, with production-ready releases.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of Python development experience with production releases.
• Familiarity with numerical Python libraries (Pandas, NumPy).
• Experience with SQL databases and version control/CI practices.

Responsibilities

• Data acquisition and cleaning for research environment.
• Pricing of fixed income financial instruments.
• Build and maintain a research environment for diversified systematic strategies.
• Order execution and interaction with OMS.
• Consolidation with back office and risk systems.
• Create ad-hoc monitoring and reporting tools.
• Work on a live trading system.
