Quality Technician (Progress to Quality Engineer)

£33,000 - £46,000 + 10% Bonus + Further QMS Training + 33 Days Holiday + Bupa Healthcare + Dental + Career Progression.

Office based, commutable from Cirencester, Swindon, Malmesbury, Stroud, Chippenham, Faringdon and surrounding areas.

Are you a Quality driven individual with any background in quality engineering aspiring to progress into QMS management through mentorship and training in internal auditing, combined with ability to be recognised as a quality specialist all whilst having a great work life balance?

This is a great opportunity to lead Quality from cradle to grave as part of a small close‑knit team, that will invest in your knowledge and support you to become a specialist in quality engineering, all whilst maintaining a great work life balance and the opportunity to further your career.

This business, established since 2010 with 9 employees, has established itself as an industry expert and is looking to grow further.

The Role:

• Reporting directly to the Directors to oversee Quality Compliance and Audits once trained
• Working Monday to Friday 8.30am-5pm / 8.30am-4pm on a Friday
• Full Training to upskill your abilities
