A reputable food safety company in the UK is seeking a Quality Technician. This role is crucial for supporting the Quality Management and Production Teams to ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a quality role and will be responsible for conducting audits, assisting technical teams, and improving quality systems. The Quality Technician is responsible for supporting the Quality Management Team and Production Team to ensure that the site food safety, legality and quality policies and procedures are implemented and adhered to.
Successful resolution of non-conformances.
Completion of internal audits against target dates. Assist Quality Management in compiling information for weekly KPI reports.
Internal auditing, Intermediate Food Hygiene, and HACCP qualifications are desirable, but training will be provided.
Previous experience in a quality role.
