Quality Technician

About the Role

As a Quality Technician, you'll play a vital role in maintaining the highest standards across all production lines. You'll ensure that products meet both customer specifications and internal quality expectations, contributing directly to the company's reputation for excellence.

You'll be part of a rotating shift system, working across various product areas once you've completed your initial training.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain quality requirements to ensure all production meets customer drawings and internal standards
  • Conduct product quality audits on the shop floor
  • Ensure all quality documentation and samples are present, accurate, and approved
  • Perform regular visual, fit, and dimensional checks (hourly or as required) on components and record results
  • Support continuous improvement and quality initiatives within production
What We're Looking For
  • Experience in a Quality role (minimum 1 year required)
  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills
  • Comfortable working with numbers, data, and computer systems
  • Background in injection moulding or CMM experience is advantageous but not essential
  • Reliable and proactive team player, committed to maintaining high standards
