  • Conducting and supporting internal and supplier audits, ensuring resulting actions are completed
  • Reviewing and refining quality procedures to strengthen compliance and performance
  • Preparing data‑driven reports and analytics for management review
  • Monitoring quality trends, identifying root causes, and driving corrective and preventive actions

  • Supporting the development and delivery of quality‑focused training across the organisation
  • Staying up to date with emerging techniques, tools, standards, and industry trends
What you’ll bring
  • Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in quality systems, ideally in architecture, engineering, construction or a related environment
  • Experience in designing, implementing and managing integrated quality management systems
  • Strong experience in auditing, compliance, non‑conformance handling, and corrective action management
  • Excellent communication skills, including technical authoring and documentation
  • Analytical, investigative, and highly organised with strong reporting capability
  • A proactive, detail‑driven mindset with passion for continuous improvement
  • Ability to work cross‑functionally and build strong relationships at all levels
  • Resilience, flexibility, and the confidence to manage multiple priorities within a fast‑paced, creative environment
  • Desirable: Membership in a recognised quality organisation and/or ISO 9001 Auditor certification
