The Role

As Quality Systems Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping and sustaining our approach to digital quality management. Acting as the central point of leadership, you'll ensure our digital systems underpin quality assurance and control across all business units and projects.

This is a national role, requiring travel, and offers the opportunity to influence how quality systems are deployed, governed, and continuously improved across the organisation.

What You'll Do
  • Lead Governance: Own the governance framework for digital quality systems, ensuring compliance and robust permission management.
  • Drive Consistency: Standardise deployment of digital systems across projects, guaranteeing unified processes and accurate data capture.
  • Champion Improvement: Use analytics and feedback to identify opportunities for optimisation and embed best practices.
  • Empower Teams: Deliver structured training programmes, support project champions, and act as the escalation point for system issues.
  • Enable Insight: Oversee data extraction and analysis to support reporting and compliance monitoring.
What We're Looking For
  • Strong background in quality management, information management, or digital systems within construction, engineering, or related sectors.
  • Proven ability to implement and optimise digital quality systems across multiple projects.
  • Familiarity with regulated industries (e.g., Power, Nuclear, Rail, Energy, Healthcare).
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder engagement experience.
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and related digital systems training is desirable.
