Job summary

Kerry is seeking a full-time, permanent Quality Systems Lead at our Portbury site to manage the Quality Management System, ensuring compliance with the Kerry Manufacturing Standard, Food Safety Programs, and regulatory policies.

The role involves providing technical systems support to Quality and Production, leading internal audits, traceability, reporting, and documentation, with occasional travel to audit suppliers.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Food Safety policies and QMS systems.
• Experience with GMP and auditing programs.
• Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead the sites internal audit programme to ensure audits are completed to the required frequency.
• Trend internal and external non-conformances and drive close out of non-conformances.
• Perform routine factory-based food safety and quality standards inspections and audits including (but not an exhaustive list).
• Support during external audits and visits, including 3rd party and customer.
