Our engineering clients near Havant are seeking a Quality Systems Engineer to develop, maintain, and improve the organisation's Quality Management System (QMS) in line with regulatory requirements.

The role supports compliance, internal auditing, corrective actions, document control, and preparation for external certification or surveillance audits, while liaising with certification bodies, customers, and suppliers to ensure ongoing quality.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in quality assurance, compliance, or regulatory environment.
• Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and Quality Management Systems.
• Certified Internal auditor (Lead auditor preferred, but not essential)

Responsabilités

• Maintain and administer the ISO 9001 Quality Management System.
• Plan and conduct internal quality audits and support external certification and customer audits.
• Monitor the effectiveness of corrective actions and improvement activities.
• Provide ISO 9001 awareness and QMS training to employees.
