This role involves providing support to the Quality Manager, administering the Q-Pulse quality system, and handling customer quality queries. Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and support to ensure products meet regulatory standards.
• Support the Quality Manager with daily tasks and administrate the Q-Pulse quality system.
• Handle customer quality queries and ensure internal communication.

Skills

Previous experience in a similar role within a fast-paced manufacturing facility

Strong understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS)

Working knowledge of ISO 9001:2015

Experience using quality management software (e.g., Q-Pulse)

Ability to manage CAPAs, deviations, OFIs, non-conformances

Strong Microsoft Excel skills

Education

Quality-related qualification: HNC / HND / Degree in Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, Science
