Job summary

Colloide Engineering Systems Ltd. is seeking a Quality Systems Engineer to own the digital quality management system across multiple sites. You will develop ITP libraries, configure Procore workflows, manage quality gates and KPI reporting, and standardise inspection forms.

You will also provide hands-on QA across design, procurement, fabrication, and assembly, working with Design, Engineering, Project Management and Production teams to embed quality at every stage.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering or quality engineering.
• Proven experience in quality engineering or QA in manufacturing/engineering.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and specs.
• Working knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.

Responsibilities

• Participate in design reviews; configure project ITPs in Procore.
• Manage incoming goods inspections and NCR processes.
• Lead FATs and client-witnessed inspections; maintain records in Procore.
• Raise NCRs and perform root-cause analysis; ensure corrective actions.
