We’re seeking a Quality Systems & Data Specialist to take ownership of a site-wide Quality Management System, ensuring all documentation, processes and audits are fully compliant, controlled, and effective. This is a permanent, full-time role with excellent opportunities for career progression and impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and maintain the full Quality Management System (QMS), including all policies, procedures, documents, and log sheets.
- Manage internal audits across all departments from planning through to action close‑out.
- Maintain document control systems to ensure all records are accurate, reviewed, and fit for purpose.
- Drive continuous improvement through robust action tracking, data analysis, and problem‑solving.
- Lead the Technical Services Team and promote a strong quality and compliance culture.
- Ensure supplier approvals and specifications are maintained and compliant.
- Support complaint investigations and implement effective corrective actions.
- Oversee quality-related system inputs (e.g., Quantiv) and develop systems to meet evolving needs.
- Maintain an effective traceability process that can be operated reliably at any time.
- Support departments in data collation, documentation control, and adherence to schedules.

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in manufacturing or a related quality environment
- Strong knowledge of QMS, auditing, document control, and quality standards
- Experience leading or guiding teams
- Strong organisational skills with a proactive approach to continuous improvement
- Excellent communication skills, able to influence and drive compliance
- Eligibility to work in the UK and ability to commute to Peterborough PE1 5BF
