Our Quality Support Manager plays a crucial role in coaching and developing the Registered Domiciliary Care Manager, Senior team members and the wider care team.
You will develop the delivery of personalised care services within our Assisted Living and independent Living apartments.
Your leadership and expertise are vital in creating a supportive and nurturing environment, fostering independence and dignity for all residents. Working alongside the Head of Care and the Village Manager to develop an integrated approach to service delivery. If you are passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of others, this role offers a rewarding opportunity to lead and inspire a team committed to exceptional care.
You hold a Level 5 Diploma in leadership management in adult care (or equivalent) and have previous experience working in a care environment. A clinical background, previous experience managing a team and any further health and social care, or relevant management qualifications would be advantageous. An excellent communicator with strong organisation skills and an ability to use Microsoft Office, in particular Word, Excel and Email. You’re sensitive to the needs of others with an ability to implement action plans and address needs. Leading by example, you’ll work well as part of a team, sharing best practise to help deliver outstanding care to our residents. A registered managers award or equivalent is desirable.
