Qualifications

  • A relevant food science degree is essential.
  • Must have HACCP level 3 certification.
  • Food Hygiene level 3 certification is required.
  • Internal auditor qualification is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor the quality of site production against agreed standards.
  • Gather all necessary supplier raw material documentation.
  • Prepare and maintain the internal product specifications system.
  • Analyse data from production for consistent quality.
  • Assist with investigations of non-conformances and complaints.
