CULINA is seeking a Quality Supervisor to lead the quality function at the Markham Vale site. You will ensure compliance with Environmental, Food Safety and Quality policies, drive continuous improvement, and support operational teams across distribution activities.

The role requires strong attention to detail, 2+ years in quality, and experience with quality management systems. You will work 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday, at our UK site network and contribute to audits and customer reviews.

Formación

• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify non-conformances and risks.
• Effective communication with operational teams, management, auditors and customers.
• Experience in a quality assurance environment with GDP, ISO 9001 or BRCGS.
• Minimum 2 years quality experience including understanding of QMS.
• Experience of managing a team while fostering an open, collaborative culture.
• Ability to plan, organise and prioritise tasks to strict deadlines.
• Ability to work under pressure and across multiple sites.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and motivate a team to stay audit-ready.
• Oversee day-to-day site activities to meet quality standards.
• Interact with customers including queries and complaints.
• Involve in audits, customer visits and internal audits.
• Collate data on incidents, non-conformances and complaints.
• Analyze complaints and report KPIs to stakeholders.
• Lead investigations and corrective/preventive actions.
• Support continual improvement and root-cause analysis.
• Support temperature control, storage, handling and transport compliance.
• Promote best practice in health, safety and quality standards.
• Assist with audits and risk-based decision making.
