Quality Supervisor

Are you passionate about food quality, safety, and continuous improvement? Ready to take ownership of critical site standards and play a key role in keeping products safe, consistent, and customer-ready? This is your chance to step into a Quality Supervisor role where every day you'll make an impact across factory performance, technical compliance, and customer confidence.

What you’ll be doing as the Quality Supervisor
  • Champion daily quality performance, overseeing taste panels, driving Right First Time (RFT) culture, and mitigating through training, sampling, and effective investigations.
  • Own key verification & compliance checks, including equipment verification, glass/hard plastic audits, environmental monitoring, and checkweigher/x-ray data accuracy.
  • Lead incident management, conducting root‑cause investigations, managing escalations, and delivering clear communication to protect product integrity.
  • Host customer and auditor visits with confidence, showcasing exceptional standards and representing the site with professionalism and technical know‑how.
  • Support factory excellence, leading GMP walks, driving pest control engagement, and strengthening risk management across the site.
  • Play an active role in HACCP & TACCP teams, contributing to risk assessments, traceability exercises, and continuous food safety improvements.
  • Investigate quality challenges, including complaints, deviations, and non‑conformances – using data, insight, and RCA to drive sustainable corrective actions.
  • Support any additional quality or food safety tasks, adapting with resilience and enthusiasm to ensure the site consistently meets customer, retailer, and regulatory expectations.
