Quality & Safety Trainer with Fire Awareness Safety Experience

We're seeking an experienced and compassionate individual to join our team as a Mandatory Trainer, predominantly focusing on the delivery of Fire Safety, Warden, Evacuation training. There will also be a requirement to deliver other Quality & Safety training where needed BLS, PM&H, Conflict resolution for clinical colleagues across our Community Adult and Children's Services. This is a unique opportunity for someone who's looking to step back into the sector in a part‑time or flexible capacity while making a real difference.

Due to the nature of this role, you will be required to travel to our Essex, Kent and Prison (Chelmsford & Norwich) hubs to deliver training.

Main duties of the job

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support on the internal quality assurance of all clinical and Quality and Safety learning interventions, ensuring working in line with the TLE Quality Assurance process.
  • Support the maintenance of the clinical and Quality and Safety training course catalogue ensuring all course information is up to date at all times.
  • Involvement in relevant clinical and Quality and Safety training projects and programmes of work.
  • Support the education, development and support to SMEs delivering learning interventions in the organisation.
  • Identification and implementation of continuous improvements in learning provision.
  • Management of own workload, possessing excellent planning, prioritisation, organisational and time management skills and the ability to plan any travel effectively.
  • Support training needs analysis as required to identify demand for learning interventions prior to development.
