Job summary

Bradford District and Craven Mind is seeking a Quality, Safety & Practice Manager to strengthen organisation-wide leadership in quality, safeguarding and risk management. You will partner with managers to promote continuous improvement, trauma-informed practice and high standards of service delivery across the organisation.

• Maintain governance, safeguarding and risk management arrangements across BDC Mind.
• Coordinate quality, safeguarding and risk assurance activities using audits, incidents and feedback.
• Lead learning and improvement initiatives across services.
• Provide flexible operational support during vacancies, change or increased demand.
• Promote trauma-informed, anti-discriminatory, person-centred practice.
