We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Quality & Risk Manager to join our Governance Team at The Lister Hospital.
This pivotal role will see you work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to support the hospital in achieving and maintaining excellence in clinical governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance. You’ll ensure a consistent approach to CQC readiness, support hospital accreditation processes, and lead on the audit programme, incident management, and patient feedback (complaints and compliments).
As part of our Governance leadership team, you’ll play a key role in embedding a culture of continuous learning and improvement, ensuring that patient safety and service quality remain at the heart of everything we do.
