Job summary

Baxter is seeking a dedicated Quality Releaser to join our Quality team in Stockport. You will review batch documentation, ensure products meet specifications, perform release checks, and support GMP compliance to safeguard patients and customers.

As part of the Unit Quality Team, you will collaborate with manufacturing, participate in quality meetings, investigate deviations, review environmental monitoring data, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining high quality standards.

Qualifications

  • UK registered pharmacist with experience in drug products and final product release.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality-focused mindset.
  • Excellent documentation review and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work across departments and drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Reviewing batch documentation and releasing products in line with approved schedules.
  • Ensuring all products meet specification and customer requirements before release.
  • Performing and reviewing visual inspections and release checks.
  • Supporting investigations and ensuring products impacted by deviations or non-conformances are appropriately assessed and documented.
  • Working closely with manufacturing teams to ensure high standards of product quality and compliance.
  • Participating in quality meetings and helping drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Reviewing environmental monitoring data when required.
  • Supporting compliance with GMP, quality systems, and EHS requirements.
  • Completing and supporting training activities to ensure quality standards are consistently maintained.

As a key member of the Unit Quality Team, you'll work closely with manufacturing and operational teams to support product release activities, maintain GMP compliance, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement., As a Quality Releaser, you'll be responsible for ensuring products are reviewed, assessed, and released in line with customer requirements, Baxter standards, and regulatory expectations.,



  • Reviewing batch documentation and releasing products in line with approved schedules.
