Job summary

Azenta UK, Ltd. is seeking a C&I Quality & Regulatory Manager to lead a high‑ performing quality team, delivering product standards and customer satisfaction through data‑driven insights and collaboration across functions.

You will maintain ISO9001:2015 and ISO13485 certifications, drive continuous improvement with Lean/Six Sigma, lead audits and corrective actions, and champion Right First Time across the global operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in quality leadership within manufacturing or regulated environments.
• Strong knowledge of ISO standards, QMS platforms, and data analytics tools.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage change effectively.
• Experience with Lean/Six Sigma and digital transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a quality team to maintain product standards.
• Own and evolve the QMS to sustain ISO certifications.
• Reduce defects and customer complaints via root cause analysis.
• Partner with operations and engineering to embed Right First Time and digital tools.
• Drive continuous improvement with Lean, Six Sigma and automation.
• Oversee audits and corrective actions with transparency.
• Coach team members to foster accountability and collaboration.
