Job summary

You will lead process and training projects, including mapping and delivery of qualification activities within a data-centric system.

As a key quality partner for Global Development, you will foster cross‑functional collaboration, manage tasks and risks, and report progress to stakeholders while shaping the GxP framework

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science or Business required (Masters preferred).
• At least 5 years in a medium to large-scale matrix organization with 5 years in pharmaceutical/device compliance.
• Excellent oral and written English communication.
• Understanding of global (pre)clinical safety and pharmacovigilance regulations.
• Strong project management skills and cross-functional collaboration.
• Analytical thinking with attention to detail and process improvement.
• Leadership and networking with inclusive, autonomous work style.

Responsibilities

• Lead process and training related projects, including process development, mapping, training development/qualification and delivery.
• Act as a quality partner for Global Development, linking business partners, quality groups and governance.
• Manage tasks, timelines, and deliverables, address issues, mitigate risks, and report progress to management.
• Support the digital transformation roadmap, driving data-centric content and qualification management.
• May support or lead additional projects, meetings, audits/inspections as directed.
