Job description

Pathway Group is seeking a dedicated Quality and Performance Coach to help us raise standards, support Tutors, and deliver exceptional learner outcomes across our contracts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the lead Quality and Performance Coach for assigned contracts, providing tailored 1 : 1 support to Tutors.
  • Deliver engaging CPD and training sessions, capture and act on stakeholder feedback, and support induction for new Tutors.
  • Conduct observations of teaching, learning, and assessment (OTLA) and participate in deep dives to review curriculum delivery.
  • Support learner progress through effective monitoring, reporting, and action planning.
  • Collaborate with Contract Leads, Quality Managers, and Tutors to ensure professional standards and performance goals are met.
  • Engage in self‑assessment and Quality Improvement Plan (QIP) activities to drive consistency and excellence across delivery.
  • Champion professional development and contribute to standardisation across the Quality and Operations teams.

You’ll be a confident coach and mentor, capable of inspiring others to improve and excel. You’ll combine a solid understanding of quality assurance with excellent communication and organisational skills.
