Job summary

St David Recruitment is partnering with a leading construction organisation in Port Talbot to appoint a proactive Quality Performance Advisor. You will monitor quality and performance across multiple projects, track KPIs and support audits and compliance reviews.

Working closely with project teams, you will identify trends, raise quality or compliance concerns and share practical insights to drive continuous improvement, ensuring timely and accurate documentation and reporting.

Qualifications

  • Strong written and verbal communication.
  • Confident working with data, performance information and KPIs.
  • Able to identify trends and provide clear, practical insights.
  • Highly organised and able to manage competing priorities.
  • Comfortable working collaboratively with a range of teams.
  • Proactive, reliable and keen to support continuous improvement.
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel would be advantageous.
  • Knowledge of quality, compliance or regulatory frameworks would be beneficial.
  • Previous experience within construction, infrastructure, quality or compliance would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

Job description

Location: Port Talbot

Salary: 14.43 - Umbrella

Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 4:00pm

Contract: Temporary - 1 Year

St David Recruitment is delighted to be working with a leading construction organisation to recruit a proactive and detail-focused Quality Performance Advisor to support quality, performance and compliance across a range of projects.

This is an excellent opportunity for an organised individual with strong analytical and problem-solving skills who enjoys working with data, monitoring performance and supporting continuous improvement.

Working closely with project teams, you will help monitor quality standards, track key performance indicators and support audits and compliance reviews. You will play an important role in identifying trends, highlighting areas for improvement and helping to embed best practice across the business.

Key Responsibilities
