Fresenius Medical Care is seeking a Quality Matron for the South Region. You will provide senior nursing resource, lead training, governance and patient safety initiatives, and support audits across a designated geographic area.

As an NMC registered nurse with haemodialysis experience, you will develop staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive excellence in clinical care within a multi-disciplinary team. Travel within the region is required; 37.5 hours per week, full-time.

Quality Matron – South Region

We are seeking an experienced and motivated senior nurse to join our quality matron team. With a strong focus on training, education, safety and excellence you will work alongside an Area manager to provide senior nursing resource for a designated geographical area.

This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic passionate professional, with demonstrable experience in developing staff, patient safety, and maintaining high standards of clinical care, knowledge of regulatory oversight in the healthcare setting is also essential.

The successful candidate will have a strong clinical background with experience in governance, assurance, staff education and safety management, We are looking for a compassionate leader who will help elevate our nursing teams and align with our values.

What does the role involve?

In a modern, well-equipped environment with a multi-disciplinary approach to care, you will champion best practice, perform staff training, support with regulatory requirements, audits and Infection Prevention and Control.

We are looking for aNMC Registered Nurse with solid post-registration experience which includes significant exposure to haemodialysis and outstanding administrative, organisational and clinical skills. Additionally, you will also have experience of managing others, training and education and understanding the role of Regulators.
