We are seeking a visionary Quality Manager to lead and shape the future of our quality function at a pivotal time in our business. As a key member of the leadership team, you will drive strategic direction, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and ensure our quality standards support long‑term growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the Quality team, setting a clear vision and strategy aligned with business goals.
• Champion a culture of quality and continuous improvement across all departments.
• Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for quality systems, certifications, and compliance.
• Act as the primary authority on product quality, with the autonomy to resolve quality‑related matters.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Engineering, Production, Sales, and Supply Chain to embed quality into every aspect of the business.
• Drive quality performance metrics, root cause analysis, and corrective action initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.
• Lead supplier quality initiatives in partnership with Purchasing and Supplier Development.
• Promote company‑wide quality awareness and training, ensuring all employees understand and uphold quality standards.

About You

• Proven experience in quality leadership roles, ideally within Aerospace or Automotive manufacturing but not essential.
• Strong strategic mindset with the ability to translate vision into action.
• Excellent communicator and influencer, capable of engaging stakeholders at all levels.
• Deep understanding of quality systems, standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Hands‑on approach with a passion for problem‑solving and driving change.
• Degree‑qualified in Engineering or a related discipline (or equivalent experience) highly desirable.
