Alliance Quality Manager

Up to £600 per day (Inside IR35)

Ongoing Contract | Based in Huddersfield | Construction / Rail Infrastructure

Reporting to the Head of Quality, this leadership role drives delivery of the quality strategy across all Alliance projects. You’ll lead assurance, compliance, and continuous improvement activities — ensuring standards are met and exceeded across major infrastructure works.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver against the TRU West quality management strategy and KPIs
  • Lead and develop quality teams, fostering collaboration and accountability
  • Manage audits, non-conformance close-out, and site surveillance
  • Use quality data to identify trends and drive improvement initiatives
  • Act as primary contact for quality matters across partners and stakeholders
  • Facilitate Root Cause Analysis workshops and quality training sessions
Requirements:
  • Lead Auditor qualification (ISO 9001 or equivalent)
  • Strong civils/construction background (Rail experience desirable)
  • Proven leadership and assurance experience
  • Skilled in audit management, reporting, and data analysis
  • Proficient with SharePoint and MS Office
