We are working with a specialist motorsport supplier renowned for delivering precision-engineered components to elite racing teams and performance manufacturers. We are seeking an experienced and proactive Quality Manager to join their close-knit team and take ownership of all quality operations within the business.

This is a hands‑on role where you'll not only manage the company's quality systems but also lead by example on the shop floor - conducting detailed inspections, supporting root cause analysis, and ensuring the highest standards of accuracy and reliability.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead and develop a small quality team, providing guidance and support.
  • Perform hands‑on inspection of precision components using a range of measuring equipment (Micrometers, verniers, gauges, etc.).
  • Maintain and develop the company's ISO 9001 quality management system.
