Quality Manager – Hertfordshire

£43,000 - £45,000 plus Benefits

As a key member of the Technical and Quality team and the number one technical lead for this site, you’ll proactively manage relationships with customer technical counterparts. Your confidence and ability will extend to assisting with customer audits and visits, working closely with the Operations team to ensure quality systems and procedures are followed across the site. We’re looking for experience within a fast‑paced food manufacturing facility. A practical understanding of the retailer’s codes of practice and quality standards will ensure this site keeps its BRC AA accreditation. This role is varied and broad, and you will also be responsible for the team that runs the laboratory, so along with a Quality Technologist report you will enjoy spending time in the factory and the laboratory.
