A leading healthcare provider in London is seeking a Quality Manager to oversee the Quality Management System within the stem cell transplant services. You will ensure compliance with healthcare regulations while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration within multidisciplinary teams. Ideal candidates will possess a degree in a relevant field and experience in quality management within healthcare settings. A talented and motivated Quality Manager is sought to work within the stem cell transplant clinical and collection services to maintain the quality management system in line with JACIE, HTA and other regulatory bodies as required, and to facilitate inspections by them. The post holder should have excellent IT skills, be well organized and methodical with good communication skills. On the job training for Quality Management software will be provided where required.
The post holder will work in direct support of the Lead Cancer Quality Manager and other members of the Cancer Quality Team. The role will also include working with the wider cancer management team to ensure that the service objectives are achieved in a timely fashion in line with key Trust priorities and prevailing best practice or accreditation, licensing or regulatory requirements.
