Arkansas client needs a Quality or Operations Manager to implement and maintain an FAA Repair Station that complies with FAA Part 145, FAA Part 21, and AS9100 quality standards. This job is not in Alabama. It is in the Northwest corner of Arkansas, in the Paragould-Jonesboro area. Please apply if this beautiful, low cost of living area appeals to you.

Responsibilities
  • Will oversee the inspection program, develop Key Performance Indicators to measure the effectiveness of quality programs.
  • Conduct internal and external audits to ensure regulatory and customer compliance.
  • Lead Corrective Action Response efforts and drive root cause analysis for continuous improvement.
  • Oversee the tool calibration program and ensure proper documentation and maintenance.
  • Manage the training program for Part 145 and Part 21 to meet compliance requirements.
  • Serve as the primary liaison with FAA, EASA, and other Civil Aviation Authorities on quality matters.
  • Ensure proper documentation of aircraft data in compliance with FAA regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
  • Must have 5-10 years experience in aviation with at least two years experience in quality and two years in a management position.
  • Should have FAA A&P Certificate with inspection authorization.
  • Strong knowledge of AS9100
  • Must be familiar with FAA Part 145 and FAA Part 21 Repair Station requirements
