Job summary

Enterprise Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Quality Manager for a world-leading electronics manufacturer in the audio sector. You will lead the quality manufacturing engineering team and own the resolution of all quality queries on products and components.

The role focuses on driving continuous improvement, maintaining the QMS, and collaborating with suppliers across the group. Relocation sponsorship is available for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Degree/HND in manufacturing, electronics or relevant.
• Proven experience as a quality manager in production/manufacturing (ideally electronics).
• Willing to sponsor relocation for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Manage the quality manufacturing engineering team and own all quality queries on products and components.
• Drive continuous improvement and ensure the QMS is up-to-date.
• Visit suppliers and other businesses within the company group to ensure quality standards.
