Job summary

Anderselite are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead the development, implementation and continual improvement of the organisations Quality Management System (QMS) across the Midlands region. You will drive Lean initiatives, support operational teams and embed a culture of continuous improvement to enhance quality and efficiency.

The role requires strong knowledge of ISO 9001, internal auditing and stakeholder management, with responsibility for audits, root-cause analysis and KPI

Qualifications

Degree or equivalent qualification in Engineering, Business, Operations Management or related discipline.
Proven experience in Quality Management and Continuous Improvement in construction/infrastructure sectors.
Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and internal auditing.
Experience leading process improvement and organisational change.
Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in line with ISO 9001.
Lead RCA investigations and implement corrective actions.
Plan and conduct internal audits and report findings.
Drive continuous improvement and Lean initiatives across functions.
Collaborate with operations, engineering, design and commercial teams.
Establish KPIs and monitor quality performance.
