In this role, the successful Quality Technician/Engineer/Inspector/Manager or similar will be responsible for the general oversight of the quality division, managing both quality and management systems, ensuring all documentation is reviewed, maintained and up to date. In addition, you will also be responsible for ensuring all product/technical documentation complies with manufacturing process and procedure requirements, ensuring all products meet specification expectations. On top of this, you will be responsible for coaching production team members to ensure all products meet both quality and company standards. You will also be responsible for completing audits, ensuring compliance, as well as customer and stakeholder management, engagement and liaison. Finally, you will be responsible for driving the closure of nonconformities and systemic improvement actions alongside leading supplier development and nonconformance investigations.
The ideal Quality Technician/Engineer/Inspector/Manager or similar will have previous working experience in a Quality related role. In addition, you will also have a background within the Aerospace/Medical/Manufacturing/Productionindustry or a related field. On top of this, you will have prior experience inspecting to EN9001 standards or an equal regulation. Finally, you will have strong organisational, analytical, and communicational skills, with the confidence to work both as part of a team, and autonomously.
