We have an exceptional opportunity for a Quality Manager to join our team in Witney. You will lead a team of Quality professionals, managing departmental objectives, budgets, and resources to ensure the delivery of safe and effective products that meet customer needs. Your leadership will shape the quality culture across the site, driving excellence and enabling our teams to meet both internal and external expectations.,

  • Lead and develop a team of Quality professionals, ensuring core competencies and professional conduct are embedded in everyday working life.
  • Maintain compliance with global Regulatory Quality System Standards including ISO 13485 and US 21 CFR 820.
  • Manage the department budget and implement quality objectives aligned with divisional and corporate goals.
  • Always ensure audit readiness and represent ADC Witney to internal/external auditors and regulatory bodies.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, R&D, Engineering, IT, and project teams to deliver business and organisational objectives.
  • Drive strategic quality improvements, risk reduction, and cost-effective processes while maintaining compliance.
  • Provide effective people leadership including recruitment, development, performance management, and succession planning.
  • Bachelor's degree in a scientific, engineering, or technical discipline.
  • Experience in medical devices or Manufacturing industry, as well as in a supervisory role.
