Quality Manager

Location: Stockton-on-Tees
Salary: £40,000 per annum (DOE)
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Advanced Resource Managers are supporting Teesside based Energy business who are leading the way in improving home energy efficiency across the UK. As a government ECO4 partner, the company works with local councils and major energy providers to deliver funded heating and insulation measures that reduce carbon emissions and combat fuel poverty.

The Role

As Quality Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing quality assurance across ECO projects, solar PV, and air source heat pump (ASHP) installations.
The role ensures all work meets PAS 2030/2035, MCS, and TrustMark standards while driving continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and support field inspectors across ECO, solar, and ASHP projects
  • Conduct audits and ensure compliance with scheme and safety standards
  • Identify non-conformances and implement corrective actions
  • Collaborate with coordinators, installers, and compliance teams
  • Maintain quality records and promote best practices
Skills & Experience
  • Experience in quality management within ECO, renewables, or energy efficiency
  • Strong understanding of PAS 2030/2035, MCS, and TrustMark
  • Knowledge of solar PV and ASHP systems
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel
Benefits
  • Salary: £40,000 DOE
  • Hours: 40 per week, Monday-Friday (8:30am-5pm)
  • Holidays: 30 days including bank holidays
