Quality Manager - FMCG (GMP) - Location: West Sussex - Salary: Competitive + Benefits

Are you a proactive and experienced Quality Manager looking to make a real impact within a fast-paced FMCG environment? Our client, a leading manufacturer of high-quality consumer goods, is seeking a driven Quality professional to lead their QA/QC operations and uphold exceptional standards across production and packaging.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of the site Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with GMP and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee product quality, hygiene, and safety processes to meet customer and legal expectations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across quality systems, auditing, and process controls.
• Manage internal and external audits, ensuring timely resolution of non-conformances.
• Provide training, guidance, and leadership to Quality and production teams.
• Collaborate closely with Operations, R&D, and Supply Chain to support new product introductions and process validation.

About You

• Degree (or equivalent) in a scientific, technical, or quality-related discipline.
• Proven experience in a Quality Management role within an FMCG, food, or pharmaceutical environment.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP, ISO standards, and retailer/customer codes of practice.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
