Quality Manager North Lincolnshire | Full-time, Permanent | £41k
You've probably eaten one of their snacks. Maybe on a long drive, maybe at a pub. Maybe at 3am when dinner was a distant memory.
They're one of the UK's biggest snack manufacturers - proper household brands - and they're still family-owned. The kind of place where people have stayed for decades because they actually give a damn about the product, the people, and the place.
They're now looking for a Quality Manager to join the team in North Lincolnshire.
You'll lead a team of QA pros who keep the whole operation on track - making sure everything that leaves the site is as good as it should be (and the paperwork says so too). You'll be the one spotting the cracks in the system and tightening things up - not because someone told you to, but because it bothers you when stuff isn't right. You'll keep the site BRC-ready, customer-compliant, and ahead of the game. You'll run the internal audit programme, track quality KPIs, and make sure people know where things stand - from the factory floor to the senior team. When the Site Technical Manager's away, you'll step up. And you'll make sure there's someone ready to step up for you too.
You've done this before - at least three years managing quality in an FMCG environment. You know the difference between "compliant" and "excellent" and you aim for the latter. You're confident leading a team. You're not afraid of data, but you also know when to get out on the floor and see what's actually happening. Proactive, self-motivated, bit of a stickler (in the best way).
There's proper investment in training and development here too - because this isn't a "steady the ship" role. It's a "make things better" one.
We're The Collective Network - we work with brilliant manufacturing and FMCG brands across the UK. Our client's name isn't in lights here, but trust us, you've definitely seen it on the shelf.
If you're a Quality Manager who wants to work for a brand people actually know (and a site people actually like), then hit apply.
