Are you ready to be part of an incredible journey with CWA as we support the construction of Sizewell C, a state-of-the-art 3.2-gigawatt power station? This is an exciting opportunity to play a vital role in delivering low-carbon electricity to around 6 million homes, contributing to a sustainable energy future for the UK. As our Quality Manager, you will be at the heart of our Project Quality team, providing functional leadership and ensuring our Quality Management System (QMS) meets statutory and regulatory requirements. Your expertise will help us maintain the highest levels of compliance and drive continuous improvements across the project.

  • Support quality planning and review deliverables with the supply chain.
  • Lead investigations and management actions to drive performance improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, nuclear project requirements, and other industry standards.
  • Establish and execute a risk-based audit schedule.
  • Lead management reviews and improvement initiatives.

What You Bring to the Role:

  • A BSc in engineering or science.
  • Extensive experience in quality management systems, preferably in large, complex projects.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and build relationships with senior management, project managers, and stakeholders.
  • Certified ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor.
  • A proactive, innovative mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
