A great opportunity has arisen for a Quality Manager to join an established and successful food manufacturing organisation based in North Yorkshire. Reporting into the Technical Manager you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of quality on site. This is a permanent position offering competitive salary and excellent benefits.

As the Quality Manager you will be responsible for :
  • Managing the day to day activities of the QA Team
  • Implementing and managing the quality improvement plans for site
  • Managing and developing the QA team
  • Manage KPIs
  • Ensure site quality management systems are implemented
  • Act as Site Lead for Quality projects

The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a similar role ideally within food manufacturing. Knowledge of continuous improvement techniques and an understanding of risk-based quality management systems is essential for this role. You should have a proven track record of managing teams and the ability to drive quality standards by successfully driving standards. The role would suit someone with Initiative and drive change and improvement to deliver results
