Our highly successful Scottish based, and privately owned semiconductor manufacturing company has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Quality Manager. The company works with customers globally and offering a diverse product range supports a range of industries including Industrial, medical, consumer and automotive. This includes start-ups, academia and multinational corporations. This is a fantastic role for someone who can engage people and drive improvements in quality standards.
In this customer-facing role, you will have full responsibility for developing, implementing and maintaining all aspects of quality assurance through our Quality Management Systems. Key functions entail coordinating the daily activities of the QA Department; leading a small team of QA Inspectors and Administrators; coordinating issues that require corrective actions and driving resolutions; ensuring continuous improvement of processes and systems that align with company objectives and execution of departmental tasks with a focus on providing exceptional service to our customers.
