A reputable manufacturing company is seeking a Quality Manager to lead a quality team of up to 12 staff. The role involves overseeing quality systems, ensuring compliance with BRC and ISO standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality management, excellent leadership skills, and experience in the FMCG or manufacturing sectors. The position offers a competitive salary of £60,000 to £65,000 plus additional perks.
You are a Quality Manager (department manager) and will be the go‑to person for all quality matters within a reputable manufacturer. You will lead a team of up to 12 quality staff and carry a high degree of responsibility for quality systems, compliance, and continuous improvement.
Salary: £60,000 to £65,000 per annum plus bonus, pension, private medical, 26 days holidays + bank holidays, on‑site gym.
Hours: 8am to 4pm, Monday to Friday – flexible start/finish times.
Location: Commutable from Fareham, Southampton, Portsmouth, Waterlooville, Havant, Chichester and surrounding areas.
