A reputable manufacturer is looking for a Quality Manager to ensure compliance with quality standards. This hands-on role involves driving quality improvements and collaborating with management. The ideal candidate will have experience in manufacturing and strong familiarity with ISO standards. The role offers a competitive salary of £50,000 to £60,000 per annum, with additional perks like a bonus and medical coverage.
Role: Quality Manager
Salary: £50,000 to £60,000 per annum plus up to 15% Bonus, 10% Pension, Private Medical, 25 days holidays + bank holidays
Hours: 8am till 4pm, Monday to Friday
Location: Commutable from Basingstoke, Newbury, Didcot, Reading, Swindon, Andover, Thatcham and surrounding areas
We are recruiting for a reputable Manufacturer who are looking for a Quality Manager who is committed and wanting a genuine challenge and opportunity to get their teeth into. We require someone who is 'hands on' that will take ownership for the site's Quality and Compliance of Standards. If you thrive on a challenge and have any experience in Quality Management and standards including ISO 9001, 45001 and 14001, this would be the perfect role and opportunity for you! The role is rather autonomous and you will be the go-to for all and anything quality related and therefore carries a high degree of responsibility.

The Quality Manager will drive quality improvement and awareness activity ensuring that a high standard of customer focus is maintained, playing a key role in the local management team. The role is hands on and will partake in regular testing of the products to ensure quality standards are maintained.
The primary objective of the role is to ensure that the critical quality processes are maintained, mitigating any potential for a quality escape from the site. They shall collaborate with the site management to deliver a Zero Tolerance on quality fundamentals and work towards improved process capability. They will proactively audit these processes to ensure compliance and delivery of the customer requirements for the products produced.
